up to 50 people.

Cooking classes
This cooking course is aimed
at teaching the preparation of complete menus with regional wine watching.
Lessons: No. 5 of 3 hours
each + lunch
Time: From 10am to 1pm,
From Monday to Friday
Theme: Daily preparation
of a complete menu: 1 hors d'oeuvre, 1 first course, 1 second course with
side dish + matching of regional wines.
Teacher: Franca Pagiotti
Supervision: Mrs. Donatella
Platoni, restaurant manager and sommelier.
Place and tools: Locanda
Solomeo restaurant where each student will have at his/her disposal all
necessary tools: pans & pots, cookers, aprons, chef hats, oven, pastry
boards, etc.
Student file: At each student
will be given a personalized file containing: the name, the dates and
the place of the course; detailed information on each lesson with the
name of the different dishes prepared, ingredients, quantities and preparation;
a space for the personal notes and memory pictures which will be taken
during the course, etc.
